CREATE A ROUTINE.

### Example: General Personal System


1. Every morning:


* 5:30 AM Wake Up


* Morning Prayer + Dua at 5:45


* Easy Exercise (10–15 minutes) at 6:00


Daily Plan (Write down 3 important things) at 6:30

* Focus Time is from 9:00 to 11:00.


* 1:00 Lunch + Afternoon Break


Review progress at 3:00 PM


* Another workout or walk at 5:00 PM


3. Evening:


* Family meeting/reading at 8:00 PM


* Preparation for the next day (Plan + Prepare materials) at 9:00 PM


* 9:30: Sleep + Prayer
